CHRISTA Love is a business ministry start-up inspired by the Catholic Christian faith. Our mission is interior healing through Christian prayer. Woundedness is real, but the Good News is God’s love is infinitely greater. Our approach, courses, research, social media presence, one-on-one’s, and prayer allow for God’s healing love to be encountered. With, through, and in Jesus and with Mary, the Mother of God, we believe Christ has the power to heal these wounds, to forgive sin, to liberate us, and to give us his peace and joy.
Psychological needs are best met by a psychologist. That is not what we do. We focus on the soul, matters spiritual, and heaven. Focused on spirituality, we teach people how to pray and also provide formation to the laity, priests and seminarians, and religious.
Words that best describe CHRISTA Love are healing, peace, and prayer. Some areas of our developing business ministries and services address friendship; healthy dating; healing from interpersonal or intimate relationships; sexuality; marriage preparation and sacramental marriage; same-sex relationships; single life; trauma — for example sexual abuse, domestic violence, clergy abuse, occult violence, childhood neglect; forgiveness and reconciliation; and prayer.

Tina Lasquety
Founder
Ms. Tina Lasquety is the founder of CHRISTA Love. She is an American from Chicago, USA. Currently, she is doing her PhD in Catholic Theology at the Universität Hamburg. She will begin her Magister Theologiae and matriculate into the Katholisch-Theologische Fakultät der Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg the Spring/Summer Semester 2026.
Her research is to develop a theology of healing informed by the Vision Trilogy of Hildegard von Bingen and contemporary theological and philosophical thought.
Prior to Hamburg, she studied 5 years in Leuven, Belgium, where she was trained in theology and philosophy. She holds an advanced theological research degree, MA in Systematic Theology (Magna cum laude) and an MA in Theological Ethics from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. She is also knowledgeable within the liturgy and sacraments from her study at the former Liturgical Institute at the University of St. Mary of the Lake / Mundelein Seminary and the Institutum Liturgicum at Ealing Benedictine Abbey in London, Great Britain.
When she was in the States, she worked in the nonprofit sector with organizations addressing women, poverty, and public law, immigrant and refugees, community organizing around issues involving access to early education, and teaching virtue education as part of an after-school program for economically disadvantaged communities. During this time, she was engaged in legislative advocacy and political campaigns, in which she worked in development, fundraising, and campaign finance. In 2009, she started CHRISTA Apostolate (then With Mercy and Justice) to address healing for victim-survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and clergy abuse through an innovative approach inspired by the Catholic faith. She is well-trained in anti-violence trainings that include advocacy for victim-survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse. She also received the mandatory, anti-abuse training by the Archdiocese of Chicago to serve as a Eucharistic minister.
While violence and abuse are dimensions still very critical to the work of CHRISTA Love, we have expanded the areas of the apostolate to emphasize the need for prayer and healthy relationships as a whole.
